My struggle with the loss of my mother, a terrible break-up, brief homelessness, and a rare cancer diagnosis topped off with 2 major surgeries, (all within a short time), inspired me to help other women who are struggling with health issues, nutrition, inspiration, & getting over speed-bumps with total Body, Mind, and Spiritual Wellness Coaching
Revelation
I had an immediate “knowing” the night I prayed for guidance after the Dr's discovered a tumor . I somehow knew that God would use me…and this life-altering event for The Greater Good. The journey to wellness has been extremely challenging , but on the other side of that, I knew I could help other‘s who were struggling
